Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Streamline, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
